Dr Siegel is the best! He takes time with his patients, answers all of their questions, and shows real empathy. When my defective heart valve was diagnosed, I saw a couple different doctors. He was the only one to take the time to explain things to me, weigh the options, and hear me out. Finding a doctor that truly cares is not easy. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Siegel to anyone.
A very detailed approach from Dr. Siegel so he can get the most information from his patients. He also is extremely knowledgeable in pharmacology, thank goodness. He is very personable and takes an interest in his patients.
Dr Siegel keeps on schedule doesn't keep me waiting.. He is friendly giving me a high level of trust. The Honor Health requirement to complete a patient registration is a terrible nuisance because it has to completed for every visit and every doctor c even when the visits are a few days apart. BAd Patient policy.
Dr. Siegel is a passionate man who, as he says, "likes to talk" because he finds people fascinating. He takes the time to discuss things and you don't feel rushed out. That being said, that means your wait time for him to come in might be longer. I'd rather plan to have it start later than not have a complete understanding of why I'm there. His staff is very nice. The front office set up is not as efficient as it could be. The computers are placed where their backs are to the front door and they don't always hear people come in. Once they realize it, they are quick to apologize and take care of you. I've now seen two types of cardiologists and one assistant there. I leave feeling heard and all questions answered.
All staff is very delightful and happy. Dr Siegel is takes time to explain what is going on, why tests are needed, and makes sure you understand and are comfortable. Definitely recommend
