HonorHealth Heart Care - Glendale

Amazing, efficient, professional, knowledgeable, caring are a few of the words I choose to describe the staff at Honor Health Heart Care-Glendale. My first visit was with Dr Ugol. He listened, understood my issues and put me at ease while involving me in decision making for my care plan. He spoke to me, not at me and explained procedures, etc thoroughly.

I am not happy. I made an appointment to get a mammogram, and because I have this pain. When I made the appointment I told the person on the phone that yes, I have an issue. When I filled out the check-in paperwork, I noted that I have this pain. They were able to get me right in for an appointment that day. But when I got in the exam room and I told her about my pain, she said, they can't do my mammogram because I have the wrong kind of referral from my doctor. She told me that they usually catch that in the paperwork, and she didn't know how that slipped through the cracks. Now, on top of being stressed about this pain, I'm stressed because I have to wait for my doctor to submit another referral. Not a happy camper with honor health right now.

I'm very happy with Dr. Ugol And the care I received at HonorHealth Heart Care Glendale. I just wasn't able to get what I needed from the home health heart company I was using. This office had me set up for the testing I needed that day, and it was approved by my insurance by the end of the day. All the staff were curious and professional, and a very clean office too.

Great place to go for your cardiologist appointments. Dr. Ugol was wonderful. He explained what needed to be done in the future appointments. Much appreciated his advice and support. Would recommend them to anyone who's in need of a cardiologist doctor. Thank you honor health.

Convenient location, but not the care I'm looking for. Clean facilities, but lack of personality. I was left in the exam room for an additional 10 minutes without any direction or instruction from any of the staff at the end of my appointment. Not much was discussed or asked during the visit w/the Dr, and I was not given any additional information or recommendations for my concenrs post visit. However, they were more concerned about moving a scheduled appointment from another office to this one...interesting. Lastly, they put a note in Mychart about leaving a voicemail, 2 days later, for a pick up of a device, when no one called nor was there a voicemail left for me to pick it up.
