I have really liked my Doctor and the Physician's Assistant as well as administrative person Melanie but unfortunately this practice is antiquated and operating in the 1990s. It took me over a month and 10 phone calls to not be able to get a lab order. They insist on using only Fax which Sonoran Quest doesn't accept any longer. Their phone system is Ridiculously long 2+ minutes before you can reach anyone on and on and on about an office change that is almost a year old. Their online portal is a joke and after complaining and requesting a call. The office manager doesn't even offer any acknowledgement or apology, just yeah the message will change after it's been a year. Oh didn't know that Sonoran Quest isn't accepting faxes anymore.... Didn't indicate to me that they cared or will make improvements at all... Doesn't acknowledge that there is a problem. I am so glad that I don't have any major heart problems - with how long it takes to actually get someone on the phone... My actual visits were good initially but at this stage I have lost total confidence in the ability of this practice to actually effectively treat patients with a standard of care that they deserve.

Was referred there by the ER for a fast heart rate had my first appointment which went fine then I set up my next appointments for testing and to see the doctor again which was about a month and a half out. I was already stressed out about that as I had a fast heart rate, and there was nothing I could do to shorten the wait times to make sure that nothing serious was going on. I showed up today for my appointment only to find out that they had canceled all of my appointment weeks ago and no one called to inform me of this. My insurance I had only covered the referral and no one let me know prior to making these follow ups. this office does not accept self-pay. Therefore, I waited a month and a half for these appointments with a fast heart rate for nothing because their front desk people failed to inform me my appointment had been canceled due to insurance problems and that self pay was not an option. Now I have to start back to square one because this place wasted my time for 2 months.

I absolutely trust Dr. Gupta. He is professional, courteous, calming and really listens to you. It has been a pleasure to have him for my cardiologist. I wish other doctors could be the same. The staff is always pleasant and tries to accommodate your needs quickly.

Just visited Heart One at 9520 W Palm Ln. in Phoenix. What a fine experience! Ryan was so competent and great with explanations. Also the monitor kit we came home with reinforced (and reminded us) of what to do. Dr Gupta should be proud.

Well , one star for the new patient process. It seems it is a mess. Was there today and the gal in front of me was the told she was at the wrong location. That happened to me on my very first attempt appointment 7/25/23 Instead of fitting me in because they scheduled me in Phoenix when I specifically asked for Peoria and verified it, they rescheduled me to today, so I thought , well after they tell the gal in front of me she is at the wrong location, it's my turn . I'm told my appointment isn't until August 3rd. Good grief It isn't meant for me to be in this office . This is a clear sign of what the future would hold. Customer service lacks , skill set lacks. Have no opinion on the physicians (because I haven't seen any). Side note: they share an office with an OB/GYN super odd vibe .
