Dr Lin was very thorough. When I couldn't find a surgeon willing to remove my thyroid nodule wrapped around my aorta valve, after consulting with many surgeons, and dealing with inexperienced referral offices, and insurance reps endless dead ends, he diligently made phone calls while I was in the office to find a specialized team consisting of an ENT surgeon as well as thoracic surgeon. Sometimes the wait is long, but it is worth it, when a Dr really listens to your concerns and takes the time to find real solutions. When it comes to your heart, don't mess around. This guy knows the right connections, and actually looks at all aspects of your case for a holistic approach to your care.
