Dr Nguyen is simply the best! She cares about me as a person. I trust her. Your office staff, processes, and F/U call processes are excellent. I got to see Dr Nguyen the next day after I called with my High Blood Pressure. Dr Nguyen figured out how to help me right away and did it! I don't think I'd still be here if it were not for Dr Nguyen! She did my original Heart Cath in 2020. I'm an old ER Nurse so I know good doctors...Dr Nguyen is way, way good!

10/01/2025 There are lots of good cardiologists here in the valley. But there are very few Exceptional Doctors/Cardiologists that rate as high as DR. Sreedivya Chava. She is clearly a cut above the rest in so many ways. My wife and I have been patients of hers at Tri-City Cardiology for several years. Everything from here expertise to her bedside manner are what lift her to the top of her field as a doctor. I have my own business, so I know how hard it is to achieve a level of success that can only be described as exceptional. Trust me, she is that. She sets the bar for the staff at Tri-City very high, and we have never seen any of them "not measure up". To say that I highly recommend DR. Chava and Tri City Cardiology is an understatement. Five star experience today! I had a stress test on the treadmill today. The technician, Brittany, was so warm and kind, she put my mind at ease. She explained everything and got me water and offered a bathroom break before we began. Highly recommend!

Communication with this office has been unreliable. If it's important to not miss your medication that this group prescribes, then you might need to be persistent to get prescription renewals before your next scheduled appointment, or else simply try a different provider. Every year, in the weeks before my annual appointment, my prescription expires, and this provider ignores my pharmacy's requests for prescription renewals. When I call the provider, the provider tells me to tell the pharmacy to contact the office. When I have followed that advice, this provider continues to ignore my pharmacy's requests. So I need to insist on the provider contacting the pharmacy to get a prescription renewal. During one year, the prescriptions expired after 6 months, but I didn't have an appointment for over 6 months, so I had to call the provider several times. Since the provider won't schedule your annual appointment earlier than one-year out, every year you will be short on the prescriptions for about a week or two. The patient portal is also not very responsive: for over 2 months now, I'm still awaiting a response to an important health question that my primary care physician told me to ask this provider, despite a second, follow-up request from me for a response a month ago. I sent a third follow-up message today. The only response was a portal message "someone will reach out to you with a response as soon as [a provider] becomes available." So you'll need to CALL the provider during their business hours and insist on a response. Also, my health record in my patient portal hasn't been updated since December 2023, so I can't access the appointment summaries in my last 3 appointments, so make sure to ask for a printout of the summary of your appointment. I'd rather be able to download an electronic version.
