Wonderful family practice! Both Dr. Froese and DeeDee are such great providers, and the rest of the office staff are just as great. Making(or changing) appointments is easy, communication is great and the crew there always makes my family feel loved and cared for. They aren't in the business of giving you a 'script and pushing you out; they're interested in you and your family's wellness.
My experience has been amazing and I cannot express enough how happy I am with Dr. Froese and her staff at Prime Direct Health. I was able to get answers and help with my health after the 1st visit, even though I had gone to numerous doctors before with no answers. She takes the time to listen and you don't feel rushed during your visits. I have referred many family and friends and they are also very happy with all the services provided.
Excuse the pen-name, This is Steve Western, your humble patient. This practice is wonderful, the associates are kind and very friendly. Dr. Ashley Froese is thorough and concerned about your entire health, not just a complaint that might have been the reason for your visit. She makes sure she's prepared to see you having read the notes, test results, history and consultations with other specialists. I've lost 30 lbs under their care helping me deal with some chronic conditions. The staff couldn't be any nicer and attentive.
Dr Ashley Froese has left this practice. Do yourself a favor and follow her. My current prescription has not changed, yet they cannot refill it unless I visit them again. I've already been seen by Deedee. Waste of my time and money. They kept my final payment although they were completely unable to help me knowingly. Btw, Emily loves the legality phrases. She will repeat them over and over when asking for a refund.
I have loved the providers at Prime Direct. I have never felt rushed. All of my questions and concerns have been answered. Often when I need an Rx they are available at their office and that saves me another trip. They've sent me to the appropriate specialist when needed. I feel safe there.
