Dr. Moran is very patient friendly and I appreciate that. My first two visits were great. The doctors did not waste time in trying to figure out what was going on with my condition. The facility looks fairly new and as a result it's very beautiful.
My issues arise when I needed paperwork filled out for my college. My condition causes me fatigue to the point we're I could not focus at times. I needed accomodations with my college but in order to get those in place I needed my PCP to fill out paperwork and resubmit that to my college. That was about three weeks ago and I needed this done yesterday. It was impossible to get my doctor on the phone. Everytime you call you are contacting a call center (very annoying). That wouldn't do so I drove out to the facility (not close to my home). I brought my paperwork and explained my situation. I was told no doctor was in to fill out the paperwork. It was Thursday so I understood, though I wasn't happy about it. Not to mention the receptionist was less than pleasant. All it takes is one bad experience and now I am considering a different PCP. Customer service is big. I'm not asking for the doctors to drop everything. I know they have other patients but you mean to tell me not one of the doctor that have been brought in to consult on my condition before could take a moment to look at my "chart" and fill out the paperwork that would have taken 10 minutes or less? Instead I'm waiting weeks for something that should have taken moments. It's a good thing my college is understanding and I am able to soldier through this condition.

Highly recommend Dr. Ashish Pershad. He has cared for both of my grandparents - successful TAVR for my grandpa which changed his quality of life and manages my grandma's heart failure closely. He listens to them, partners with them in their health, and has been a God send for my family! Giving us the gift of good days together! The office is clean and timely. You can always find a seasonal joke on the white boards. Highly recommend!
