Thirty two years in the medical field , I have never felt so violated and scared made to you feel like a liar strip when I was admitted because they smelled marijuana . None of the nurses around the same page , one nurse says you can do this one. Nurse says no, you can't one nurse, 1 thing, 1 says another. On a daily basis, they keep changing things knowing I have CPT SD, and this is very hard for someone with mental illness to not be consistent and have nurses arguing with me in my face. 2 nurses insisting on standing over me in the bathroom, while one of their legs was touching mine, they were so close. This is just the tip of the iceberg.I couldn't get my seizure in medicine on time.I couldn't get naproxen over-the-counter on time, they were so late with the medicine.They didn't give it to me for days when the doctor ordered it.And then they were given it to me at three forty a m in the morning , because they simply couldn't give it to me at a decent hour and they wake me up all night all night in and out, they put a girl in my room that had a very bad cold. One of the employees I just had anesthesia, and when someone's sick, they can really get you more sick, because I just had my airways opened for surgery, I don't understand unprofessionalism, the dirty bathroom, I didn't get a hygiene kit for 8 days, they haven't cleaned. The bathroom in 9 days.. They're making knee feel so sad way worse than before.I came here.I feel like they have done damage to my recovery they take things personally and their passive, aggressive, with underhanded comments.If I ask for medication so\nMeone said you'll get it when you get it.If it's on the schedule, you'll get it.That's not what I asked , I asked him if they could ask the nurse cause they were going that way when I could get my medication , it was 2 days before I got the medicine. The doctor ordered for severe trauma issues and and over the counterpane, reliever was so hard to get so hard. I really feel like they try to push your buttons to try to get you to AM. A. I'm not the only one I thought people would be hard making these reviews like this about the hospital, but all these people can be lying, there's a pattern of lots and lots of people with the same exact complaints. So I think it's best that we get together and decide what we can do as a team.It would be cheaper and easier to go to court.If there were five hundred people going together , they all can't be lying, i just don't want this to happen to seniors.Veterans, anybody I don't want it to happen to anybody what I experienced.I haven't been in the hospital since 1996 i had\n To tell things, I never told my family to get them to stop being mean I said, I'm a victim of pedophiles and I can't sleep. But strangers in the room they didn't care. I couldn't go to the bathroom for 7 days number 2, and they keep keep upsetting someone with CPT SD. And lot of emotional illness . I can't film my body from my chest down to my feet and they're making it so I will never get better never, and they wonder why why can't she get better? Why doesn't she get better? Or maybe if you were consistent, honest and didn't confuse people with power trips Then it might be easier but I will never never recommend this hospital to anybody. The staff was excellent!! Everything was clean. The ER beds were amazingly comfortable compared with the beds on the unit. I had to put a pillow in the hole in the mattess to have any comfort. The food was not good, typical hospital food. The worst part was being in a double room and visiting hours being until 10pm!!!!! This is a hospital, its not a social hour, people are sick here, if you have an inconsiderate roommate with lots of loud family its incredibly rude!! Its one thing if you have a single room but not in a double!!

If I too could give zero stars I would. Gosh. Where do I even start? The staff at this facility are incompetent and also LIARS. For the past two nights they have refused to allow me to speak to my mother who is in their "care". I called them last night waiting to speak to the nurse who was caring for my mother that evening, but they refused to let me speak to her, all night long, even after they told me that she would be calling me back. I wanted to speak to that nurse because I had been on the phone with my mother when she claimed she was dizzy and sounded like she fell. And at this point, I believe that she probably did! Because the staff for the rest of the night, not only claimed that my mother did not fall, but they also refused to let me speak to the nurse who was in the room when it happened - all night long. Refused to let me speak to her. Claimed that the nurse was busy with other patients, - allllll night long. and On TOP of that, the FCM Security guard who refused to give me his name , told me only TODAY, that LAST NIGHT, when i was CALLING THEM ALL NIGHT LONG TO SPEAK TO THAT NURSE AFTER I HEARD MY MOTHER FALL OUT OF HER BED, this un named security guard told me that he had taken my Mothers cell phone away from her. I asked him well when did that happen? he indicated that it was the same time last night that i had been calling them pleading to speak with her nurse! I asked him well why didn't you tell me that last night when I was calling? He told me "I didn't have to tell you that" What??? Then he tells me that I was "harassing them" by calling all night. How ridiculous is that? I am literally CALLING THESE PEOPLE TO GATHER INFORMATION ABOUT MY MOTHER, THEY WONT LET ME SPEAK TO HER, AND THEY TAKE HER CELL PHONE IN THE PROCESS AND DONT TELL ME UNTIL THE NEXT DAY that they will not give it back to her? I asked him once again, why didn't you tell me this last night all those times I called ? he told me "well you didn't ask!" Really? I WASNT ALLOWED TO ASK ANYTHING. I CALLED AND WAS GETTING HUNG UP ON ALL NIGHT. I CALLED AND WAS BEING TOLD THAT I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO SPEAK TO THE NURSE. MEANWHILE MY MOTHER HAD CALLED 911 ON THEM TO TELL THE POLICE THEY WERE ABUSING HER AND THAT SECURITY GUARD TOOK HER PHONE AWAY. AND DIDnt TELL ME!! HE HAD PLENTY OF OPPORTUNITIES TO UPDATE ME! INSTEAD, they either hung up on me, they threatened police reports, they at one point just played heavy metal music in my ear. UNPROFESSIONAL AND INSENSITIVE! The staff here are immature, insensitive, and PETTY. My mOther was RIGHT TO CALL 911. The medical center phone staff and unnamed fcm security guard were absolutely abusing her- and me!

I was airlifted to FMC in early September after my friend was in a severe UTV accident. We arrived with nothing but our dead phones. The staff were fantastic and nothing but kind, not only to my friend, but to me as well. Jordan (I believe spelled this way), an amazing young lady who was in the critical trauma unit that day, brought me a charger, blankets, updates on my friend's surgery throughout the night, guided me to my rooms, and offered to even buy me breakfast as I had lost my wallet. I didn't get Jordan's information before leaving FMC, but wanted to formally thank her somehow for her kindness. If anyone at FMC reads this, please let Jordan know she made a huge impact - I think back to that day often, and it was truly a blessing to have her help that day!

This place is absolutely ridiculous. As of posting this we have been waiting for over 4 and a half hours after being referred for an X-ray for a possible broken tailbone and nerve damage. Over 10 people have come in after us, some of which over 3 hours later, WALKING in and getting taken back before us, after waiting as little as 30 mins to get an xray on their foot. I understand some cases are more urgent, but watching people walk in on an injured foot, and overhearing the doctor telling them they are going to be taken back for an xray before us is beyond stupid. Not to mention that you can sit in the chairs with a broken foot, with an broken tailbone you can't do squat.
