This doctor's office is excellent! The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, and I barely had to wait before being seen. The nurse and doctor were both very kind, attentive, and truly made me feel like a priority. Everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand, and I left feeling reassured and well taken care of. The whole visit was smooth from start to finish--I couldn't ask for better care!
I signed up to be a patient almost a year ago because of their assurance that they were a same day/next day practice. I am very happy with my provider. Unfortunately I can rarely get in to see her when I need her. I never get a response to my texts, and never a promised return phone call. And same day/next day never happens. So the care that they promise initially is pretty much non-existent. Makes me sad because, based on their promises when you become their patient, I thought I had finally found a place that I could trust to care for me when I needed care.

I highly recommend Oak Street Health. Their care and concern for my health is top notch. The staff is very friendly and attentive. My NP is so knowledgeable and thorough and always spends as much time with me as needed to address all my concerns . I truly appreciate and am so thankful for the Oak Street Health team .
The visit with the doctor was excellent, however the ego response regarding some information I shared to help an obvious situation of, and to a staff member was relayed to me. That relaying said to me that I was not to speak, or express my knowledge while I was within the confines of the building. Therefore, I will NOT be returning for further "treatments" or "discussions" with this organization as the egos override the understanding.
