5 Girls up front don't know how to run a professional business... gossiping, laughing on their cellphones, carrying on combing their hair etc. Girl who does the scheduling appointments is a confusion of her own. Patient rooms are not clean. Junk on light switches floors are grody! Dr is very stern and doesn't seem to want to talk with his patients...

Dr. Xavier is okay but the office is run worse than an obese sloth attempting a marathon with no training. I had some testing done and had an online follow up a week later. I waited for an hour for Dr Xavier before I was disconnected. When I called the office immediately after the disconnection they told me he left for the day already but then they tracked him down and 30 minutes later he was online. I was then supposed to have a new appointment several months later for additional tests and they canceled it on me twice. The THIRD time they promised "we wont cancel it this time." I called with questions the day before and they had no record of my appointment. SHOCKING. I'm now stuck attempting to get started over from scratch with a new doctor because of how insurance works they can't just pick up where the one with the incompetent office left off. Don't bother wasting your time scheduling with these people. They won't honor your appointment.

I've found Dr. Xavier to be compassionate, user-friendly and skilled. He answers my questions and explains the course of treatment and management thoroughly. His staff is friendly and also excellent. My parents have seen another cardiologist for years and now it's my turn. The difference in care and attitude is remarkable. Highly recommend Xavier Heart Institute.

I have known Dr Xavier since my first stint he put in after my first heart attack in 2008. Been going to him ever since no matter what firm he worked for. I have coronary artery disease caused by exposure to Agent Orange in Vietnam. I have had 2 MIs and 2 TIAs. I receive VA disability and I have VA doctors but go to Dr Xavier for my Disease. When I am admitted to hospitals for anything, he always comes in to ensure I am treated properly. He refers me to good surgeons when I need them. I have recommended over 5 people with cardio issues to him, and they swear by him. That is over 15 years of treating me...and I will not change.

I have known Dr. Xavier for at least 15 plus years. He started taking care of my husband at the Arizona Heart Institute and always provided the best care possible. He has taken care of my mother, son and myself. He has always been extremely thorugh, and provides the best possible care for each of us. I absolutely adore him and I recommend him whenever someone asks me about a cardiologist. 5 stars Dr. Xavier and your staff is also amazing!!
