I had a great experience! MA Jobyna has a wonderful personality--warm, professional, and easy to talk to. She was very clear when asking questions and made the whole process comfortable. Highly recommend!

This was my first appointment, and they told me to arrive 20 minutes early. I showed up, and they informed me there was an hour wait. I asked if I could leave and come back, but they said no--once you're checked in, if you leave, the appointment is canceled. I also asked why they didn't call or text to let patients know the doctor was running behind, and they said they don't do that. It would be so simple to set up a text message system to keep us updated on delays. If we don't show up on time, the appointment gets canceled and we get charged for a no-show, so it really should go both ways.

Cassie is awesome! She was tremendously helpful with getting my appointments rescheduled. Her upbeat personality is amazing! This location has a great vibe and is very friendly. You will walk into a clean office with a great atmosphere! Thank you Cassie!

I was very disappointed in this practice. I went for a routine echo to monitor an issue as a new patient, and the doctor recommended a BP medication change (I had been stable for 15 years on my old regimen). The dosage prescribed was 2-4x an appropriate amount, and my pulse plummeted, my BP went up, and I gained 10 lbs of fluid in 6 days. I was also having severe mental side effects. Messages requesting an appointment or help via the portal were ignored. My primary care immediately stepped in and weaned me down off this medication, but I am still not back to normal, and I'm still dysregulated. In short, I am worse than I was when I visited. I cancelled my appointment to get my echo results because I simply have lost all trust in this place. EDIT: I emailed them as indicated on October 2, and, no surprise, there was no response as of COB on October 6.

I got sent here because I had an abnormal EKG. What a wonderful experience. The nurses and front desk staff were so kind and helpful. Dr. Villegas was a little ray of sunshine, such a positive attitude and amazing bedside manner. He was extremely friendly and thorough. I no longer need cardiology services, but if I did, this would be where I would go.
