Starting with getting an appointment as a new patient quickly, minimal paperwork upon arrival, Friendliness of staff, Knowledgable and efficient you do not wait around.. Dr Flores is Extremely thorough, knowledgeable, Caring, helpful. I am very happy to have found Sun state cardiology I highly recommend them. I've been seeing cardiologists for 14 years This was my first visit here.

Patient care is awesome from the time you book an appointment by phone to meeting the staff. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and the Doctor's bedside manners are great. They're happy to answer my questions and concerns.

Dr Dan Sraow is highly regarded and recommended by the staff at Dignity Chandler Regional Hospital. His office gave us an appointment in 2 business days of my husbands hospital discharge. Dr. Dan is so caring and explained everything in easy to understand language about my husband's disease status and needed follow-up. He answered all our questions and didn't rush. He made sure we could reach him whenever needed and made us feel comfortable with such good care. The office staff is also great, especially Lynn in scheduling. She immediately requested and received insurance auths for the needed procedures, so we got scheduled in a timely manner and even assisted us in getting an order for his chest x-ray. Thank you, Dr. Dan and staff for all your caring and kindness.

They dont answer their phone half the time and let you go to voicemail. They never call back. My surgeon has been trying to get them to send records over for 2 weeks now and they haven't. I came in to get an echo done and they took a copay from me. Then made me wait 30 minutes in the waiting room to tell me there was a scheduling mishap and that I needed to go to the hospital to get it done. Even though they can do it in house. Also when talking to the front desk lady she was actively ignoring calls making comments that she is "annoyed with the calls and will let them go to voicemail". They never refunded my copay back to me. I cannot get them to call me back ever. When they do answer I get forwarded to someone else's voicemail. Poor communication and this is the first time I ever had to go see a cardiologist.
