Where do I begin...Dr Rodgers Philo is awesome. It all started when the receptionist advised me I owe a balance and was rude about it and would not let me tell her how I don't owe it n why. She charged me for a pap n we know there is no fee I never got that back so I was owed 20.00, so i talked too billing they agreed. Every since then it has been a fight. They do dont get my std paperwork turned in or faxed. I went to the doc 2 wks ago I waited 2 days to call them to see if they received papers from Sedgwick they said they would be forwarding go dr Rodgers. I only found out last tuesday they did nothing called Friday 5/17/19 they would fax it and dont worry they have till 5/28/19 I told her that is excepted and that will leave me without a paycheck again. I called Monday 5/20/19 and was told by Cammie that it would be faxed that evening if not that morning. I called today and was told dr Rodgers was gone and wont be back till the 28th and ain't nothing they can do about it. I will take a lot of rudeness from people until you start messing with my money. This is causing stress now I have to pay my Bill's late. Worse group of ladies. I guarantee if we was in the street they would sing a different tune. I swear they are racist. Only 1 lady nice and she black and my doc Rodgers is great but I have to go so.e where else now
