I can't say enough good things about East Valley Cardiology in Chandler! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and efficient. My appointment was with Nurse Practitioner Sarah Hanson, and she was absolutely outstanding. Sarah is incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to listen to all of my concerns, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand without ever making me feel rushed. She's professional, compassionate, and truly cares about her patients' well-being. The office is clean, modern, and runs on time -- which is rare these days! If you're looking for top-notch cardiac care in the East Valley, I highly recommend East Valley Cardiology and especially Sarah Hanson. She's the kind of provider that makes you feel confident you're in the best hands. Five stars isn't enough!

Hello, I wanted to give this review on behalf of Dr. Robert Hanson. I went to Dr. Hanson because of unknown heart problems and the thoroughness and testing that he and his staff did was unimaginable. The results they shared with me were so comprehensive and thorough that it reassured me that I had the best doctor anyone could have. His entire team was as professional as I could have ever have had. For example, nurse Sarah Clapp was extremely compassionate and knowledgeable in her clinical communication. I just want anybody and everybody to know that Dr. Robert Hanson and his team are absolutely the best. I put my life in their hands and I feel like a better person because of it. I've been a patient at East Valley Cardiology since 2018. I could not be happier with the team there. They go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and to ensure you receive quality care. Dr. Hanson is amazing. He takes the time to hear your concerns, and to explain your diagnosis in a way that is easy to understand. He has the expertise to help get you feeling your best. I highly recommend him.

I have to say how highly disappointed in am in East Valley Cardiology. I have been a patient of Dr James Ganem for quite a number of years and since his retirement my records were turned over to Dr Robert Hanson. Dr Ganem would usually email or text that I should come in for my wellness checkup but since he left I have not heard a word so I called and scheduled an appointment to get my checkup and a prescription for my medication. I was told I could not see Dr Hanson b/c apparently, he has too many patients so they booked me with a PA named Molly. Since it is a long drive to his office b/c I live way out in northeast Phx I called the morning of my appointment to verify that it indeed was that day and to verify the time which the girl in the office affirmed. When I arrived I was told by the office girl that I did not have an appointment that day and said I was scheduled for the next day which I disputed b/c I had just called the office that same morning before I drove all the way over to Chandler. I was upset to say the least, so I feel their office staff is not only unorganized but unprofessional as well since I told the girl to cancel my appointment b/c I wasn't going to drive all the way over to their office again the next day and that I will be getting a new Cardiologist and have my records sent to the new place. Her response was a smirk, ok! Therefore, it shows just how little they care about their patients. Sad world we now are living in.

Absolutely terrible practice. Can't write their own referrals, they want you to go to your PCP and have them do it, with no information as to why. Promised up and down he knew pain management providers that could help me and would call the next day since I only have what the hospital gave me and I feel like I'm drowning 24 hours a day with a brick on my chest. The front office girls get upset and claim there are no notes when you try to follow up and get the information sent over and clearly don't want to talk to you. One pushed me off onto voicemail for a manager without permission I didn't need because she was incapable of answering basic questions. Like why it took over four days to leave a note in a medical file. Still no response other than the doctor has patients and is too busy. Am I not a patient that paid for his services that he, Dr. Hanson has yet to fully deliver on? Terrible office through and through. They don't take notes or keep accurate medical records which is critical. Don't come here, find anywhere else, literally.
