Chandler Regional Medical Center

Over the last few months, I've been to Chandler Regional for routine screening for myself, diagnostic imaging for my daughter, as well as accompanied friends/family for their own procedures. Each visit has been refreshingly "enjoyable" as far as hospital visits go. From check-in to pre-op, and everything beyond, the staff and volunteers were so unbelievably comforting and helpful. We recieved the best care and attention with each visit; each and every person we encountered (even Marli, the dog volunteer and the ladies in the gift shop!) brightened our day with their level of compassion, knowledge, and kindness. Though hospital visits are never FUN, I won't hesitate to return to Chandler Regional, should the need arise. Thank you for all that you do to make your patients feel comfortable and safe.

The staff was very patient, caring and they all showed true compassion for me. They listened to what I had to say about how I was feeling and took great care of me and didn't just allow me to sit in the waiting room in pain. Thank you again to all the staff including the gentlemen that gave me a ride on the golf cart to the ER. This world needs more people like you all to show love and compassion to others.

I was treated in the Emergency Department last week for a shoulder injury, and I truly can't say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was efficient, compassionate, and respectful. I was triaged timely and kept informed throughout the entire process. The providers took the time to really listen to my concerns, thoroughly evaluated my injury, and clearly explained the plan of care. I never felt rushed or dismissed, which is so important when you're in pain and anxious. Imaging and treatment were handled smoothly, and everyone I interacted with -- from nursing to the physician -- was kind, professional, and attentive. The department was clearly busy, yet the team worked seamlessly and maintained a calm, reassuring environment. I left feeling confident in my care plan and genuinely grateful for the level of care I received. Thank you to the entire ED team for taking such great care of me -- it truly made a stressful situation much easier.

Such a Great Hospital, though I never had a stay over there but I do come in to get my blood drawn at the outpatient lab because the regular labs that all my doctors send me for annual labs done always Hemalyize and gets canceled out. I have to go to your outpatient lab to have them all done and not have the blood tubes wait hours on a shelf to be picked up by a lab truck to be tested.. I am very Happy & Satisfied with your hospital doing this for me because a lot of other hospitals will not do this at all. Your staff are extremely friendly & kind! This may show as a post from Caroline because she was the wizard with posting. I'm trying to step up. My loving wife Caroline passed on 12/11. The care she received from Dr. Saleem, Dr. Diaz, Dr. Lyman, and the nurses, Brandon, Luke, Andrea, and so many others in ICU was above reproach. The love, compassion, and professionalism that was shown during her care was a blessing to the rest of the family and a testament to believing in humanity. I love you all. Thank you for the care.
