Biltmore Cardiology - Casa Grande

I am a patient of Dr cool for over a year now ,he is nice and really knows his stuff well ,and how to treat you ,my only complaint is his bedside manner could be better ,he says hi but then when he is done just walks oit and does not say goodbye and gives you some funny looks sometimes, that is a bit strange. ,the office staff are great and very friendly at the front and I have no complaints there ,just wish dr cool would not look at my feet and pull a funny face ! I know my feet are not the best but I am.a diabetic and have lots of problems with them! It made me feel very uncomfortable not sure he knew he was doing that but I saw it right away ! And it upset me also ,I just think he needs to work on his not pulling faces at people that would be really nice and helpful. Because other then.that he's ok .

I happened to be a retired registered nurse. Although I mostly worked in psychiatry i generally have an idea of who is a good dr. I was very pleased with dr. Cool. Everyone was polite and nice.

Been a patient of Dr. Cool for a couple of years now. Never had a negative experience. People who complain about waiting times, evidently don't understand the profession. It's a very complicated business. Chill out, the doctor is saving and improving lives. You'd want the full attention that you need, even it cut into the next appointment time, right? Impatience is bad for the heart, it could on the list as to why you're there.

Dr Jason Cool is competent and thorough. Has a great personality.

This place never changes in a good way. They phoned to say the dr had to change my appt. That's reasonable. However when I called to reschedule I couldn't get an answer. After 15 min I hung up. A few days later I get a message saying I was a no show. They are the ones who cancelled and never answered to reschedule. This office is so messed up. If you call me to cancel because the dr is out then you should remove the appointment and then when the patient can get through they will reschedule. Common sense doesn't seem to exist in that office.
