Took my spouse to get carpel tunnel surgery. Arrived at 5:30am. Check in was quick and easy and he was in pre-op by 6:30am. At 7:47am he went into surgery and was out and ready to go home by 9:20am. The entire staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I was very happy with their attention to my guy & their professionalism throughout the process. I highly recommend WARMC for their friendly demeanor. Thank you for taking care of my better half!!

The hospital has gotten bigger since the first time went there many many years ago. The staff were all helpful, courteous, and were knowledgeable in all aspects of the process. The outpatient nurse I had was amazing she had over 30 plus years in the field and was thinking about retiring in a few years. The anesthesiologist she totally rocked! Not only did she explain things in lamin terms she explained what her expertise was and how she would be caring for me in the operating room. She listened to me and any questions or concerns I had.. The post op nurse I had showed me how to use crutches correctly and was awesome. From the minute my husband and I walked into the hospital the service to the patient was great. We never felt like just a number. The process was smooth and speedy. But I never felt rushed. Kuddos to the staff they were all knew their stuff.

Brandy, my surgical prep nurse was fantastic. Kind, caring, helpful, witty and professional. She has a great personality and the ability to calm and ease her patients prior to surgery. My anesthesiologist, I don't remember his name, was great as well. Very informative and answered all my questions. Dr. Jenkins and his surgical staff were wonderful as well. I have always had great care each time I have gone to WARMC.

Love Dr Virk! She is very attentive to our medical needs & probably saved my Moms life by calling after hours to inform us she had critical kidney failure & to take her immediately to the ER! Staff is wonderful, friendly & always accommodating. Happy Holidays to all!

Over all good experience. The XRay technician was very good and helpful. The receptionist was not so helpful. I arrived and presented to the receptionist window. Stood for an inordinate amount of time and watched the receptionist process paperwork. Made eye contact a number of times. And watched and watched and watched...... I acknowledge that work must be completed by this individual BUT, a simple acknowledgement would have been appreciated and would have made me feel like a human being rather than the houseplant I felt like.
