The staff are rude. The check-in desk woman was eating sunflower seeds, taking the sucked-on shells out of her mouth with her fingers, then touching everything. Then the PA, (forgot name, but blond with lively tattoos) yelled at my mother and me when we asked for clarification, as she had dates confused, and was not being clear, nor at all kind. What a horrible experience. When we left, we heard others complaining about the dirty offices, and the rude staff.

First things first, Dr Macardo. I woke up during a procedure and told the doctor I was being hurt by him that he was hurting me. On my next visit, he didn't even remember that. I find it strange that if somebody is lucid enough to say, I'm hurting that the doctor would remember something like that. I know I would in any case. The second thing is his office help They don't seem to know up or down or sideways or anything else, and I would Consider them to be Inept. They couldn't communicate to my hospital to get the right prescription for a pair of ultrasounds and I was on the phone with them for 3 1/2 weeks. I even visited their office and they gave me an incomplete prescription for what I needed and of course I didn't know it until I got to the hospital. Personally, I think that they should be drug tested on a Monday to see what's happening on their weekends just my opinion. Third, as you come out of the office, you sit down to make another appointment and the lady starts rattling off, OK the doctor gave you this and gave you this and gave you this and here's your prescriptions and it wasn't even my name on the prescriptions and she after I brought it to her attention that I was the wrong person she, ha ha ha. I fired them and the doctor today. Now I'm looking for a new cardiologist when I went to go see my vein doctor and told him who I was seeing he sneered, but didn't say anything. Kind of let me know what caliber I was dealing with. So my advice to anybody is be warned double check your paperwork cause I don't know that they know what they're doing.

Had a new patient appointment this morning, and was called back shortly after my appointment time. I saw Dr. Alfafara and he was absolutely wonderful. He listened to me, and explained what was going to happen going forward. The girl with purple hair (not sure of her name) checked me in/out and was fabulous and so nice! I believe Ceecee made my original appointment, and she was super nice and sweet. From start to finish my appointment was amazing! Oh, also the MA who roomed me was a gem as well!

One of the nicest things about this cardiologist office is the way they take care of their patients. Obviously, this is important - I'm sure you're thinking, "thanks, captain Obvious", but here's the rub: they Know You. From the minute you walk in the door to the minute you walk out, they treat you better than most offices are even capable of. It's hard in big cities for the staff to know their patients, but here, even when the lobby is full and there's a line out the door, it's so wonderful to have the front desk staff say, "Good morning, Chris!" Thank you guys, from the bottom of my heart. With all the medical things I have going on right now it makes me feel like I'm actually a person, and not just a name that has to be called absently from a lobby. I appreciate you all!

Dr Prasad was very thorough and took the time to explain things, although he was difficult to understand. Be prepared to sit and wait at least 40+ minutes. When the waiting room is standing room only. It's time to change the way you schedule.
