Dr Pozun ,he is the most arrogant ,rude ,and obnoxious Dr I've ever encountered!! I will never go back ! Wonder if he treats his family like he does his patients

I was transferred to your office from Devine Essentials I was under the impression that I made appointment for a well women checkup. When I got in the room the nurse ask me why I was there, I told her for a well women checkup. She informed me it was not for that but a new patient appointment. NR Traci Moore came in reading my records, she read them for about 20 mins. Ask why I was on hydroxychloroquine, I said for RA. I have been on it for years. She informed me that there was no record of me having been diagnosed with RA and she would not write a prescription for that. She was completely rude and unprofessional about it. She made me feel like I was lying to her. I honestly, have never been treated so rudely. I have gone to 3 different Rheumatoid specialist over the last 20 years with the same diagnosis. I have had 4 different Primary Care doctors over the last 20 years and have never been treated rudely about my diagnose. This not something I would choose to have! I will not be returning to your office! I had to pay $180.00 out of pocket for service I did not receive

Dr. was very good initially but he ordered a ct scan and it's been 4 months of back and forth with kingman imaging trying to get it done, and still no ct scan. They are a circus and none of the staff follow through. Stay away, it will save you money and head aches.

The staff was down right rude. There is no "Care" in this environment. Patients are treated like cattle. Avoid this business at all cost.

The staff is very friendly. They have always taken great care of my mom.
