Horrible customer service from the lady who answered the phone for a new patient scheduling call. She REFUSED to tell me her name. She was very unprofessional and her attitude was nasty. Ended up going elsewhere! Definitely would never recommend anywhere that has terrible customer service especially scheduling being your first point of contact.
Unfortunately I must agree with the last person who said that they could not reach anyone at this place. I got referred to them by my doctor and I have been calling to make an appointment for three weeks now with no answer. It's like this place closed down or went out of business. I know that there are some sketchy medical places in AZ but this is ridiculous. I would not trust these people with my heart.
Dr. Gomes is great. From visit #1, I've been satisfied with the care I have received. She's nice, empathetic, down to earth and really made me feel comfortable. My only reason for not giving them five stars is that anytime I need to speak with someone directly associated with my care it's always days before they get back to me. I work in an extremely busy medical office and we get back to our patients within 24hrs always. It's always such a a hassle. Other than that it's great.
Cannot speak for the doctors, but I can say that I put a request for an appointment through the website no response. I called many times, no answer. I left messages got no response. I finally got a hold of somebody and made an appointment that was two months out after I had been in the hospital, then later canceled that appointment after seeing another doctor. Called no answer, left voicemails no response. They still did not cancel my appointment and I kept receiving reminders for it. Why would I want to have a doctor that is so hard to get a hold of over something so potentially serious. No way
Dr Kahn is a very pleasant Doctor Who takes the time to listen to you. His office staff is wonderful and the wait time is very little. He is very busy but always finds the time with you one on one I would definitely recommend him he takes care of my heart, and I don't trust anybody else but him.
