Integrated Medical Services - Cardiology

Dr.Patil helped saved My Life! I'm a married mom of 6. I was born with a hole in my heart I've seen many Cardiologist and none did anything about it . I had a stroke last May at the age of 38. And even then the previous Cardiologist weren't going to do anything about it. Until I got referred to Dr. Patil, he is the Only Cardiologist that actually ran a bunch of tests and found out that the hole was as big as a dime and the right side of my heart is enlarged. No other doctor ever told me that. Because of my insurance I had to go to a cardiac surgeon to do the operation. Then I ended up losing my insurance for awhile. When I got it back I went back to Dr.Patil because I had a mini stroke in June and my heart is still not right. On my 1st appointment back with him I told him about the mini stroke he ask for my latest lab results and asked a bunch of questions then he order an Echo and stress test and holter monitor for a month. He also put me on some cholesterol medicine and 2 blood thinners. Which is helping a lot my pulse isn't going super high anymore. Everyone at IMS Cardiology is so nice and Awesome! There is a lot of people and you do have to wait a bit, but to me it's worth it! He Does An Amazing Job! I Truly Thank God I Finally Have A Doctor That Listens , That Actually Listens and Does Something About It!

Great overall experience at this practice. Dr Muhammad Khakwani is my Doctor. He is the best Cardiologist I've ever seen. Excellent bedside manner. Very methodical and accurate. He specializes in Cardiology, but he also is their best vascular/vein specialist The office staff is also very good. They always answer their phones quickly ; when you call for an appointment. And their in house, ultra sound technicians are very thorough and qualified. It is a very busy practice though. So you will wait along time in the waiting room. I don't mind waiting to see a good doctor.

I've seen both Dr Sumar and Dr Seth, and both were unapologetically apathetic and incompetent. They prided themselves on negligent care practices, and had zero capacity to fein "caring." Today Seth (I'm hesitant to give them the satisfaction of the "Dr" title), got verbally combative with me after I advocated for myself by calling out a blatant lie he was trying to tell me. I have a loop recorder placed and was called in by the wonderful tech because I've been having dangerous rate drops, he urged me to see a cardiologist immediately. So when Seth said "your rate shows no abnormalities here," while gesturing at a blank piece of paper, I was shocked. Because I was explicitly told I have rate abnormalities in that office the day prior, and because Seth was blatantly lying to my face because he couldn't be bothered to care. Seth told me that it would be best if I go to another clinic all together because they're weren't interested in helping me, and I couldn't agree more. Too bad that now I have to start again at a new clinic, while having severe symptoms and catalogued rate abnormalities, delaying my very necessary treatment.

I had to go to urgent care. Was told I have pulmonary adima. Call the Doctor they said it'd be next week before it gets back to me that's unacceptable. It doesn't seem like they Care. because I don't know what my next move is. So if my heart goes. I gotta wait until next week before I get an answer. What kind of place tells you that very unacceptable? I've been going here for over 5. Yes, I don't understand why. You can't talk to a Doctor it's Friday morniagain. It's very unacceptable.

I had my first appointment with Dr. He was very nice, after I have to make another two appointment,one for FML because they can't fill my form without appointments,and the other one because my insurance don't accept the medication, but now the nexts appointments is no going to be with the Dr. ,this going to be with a nurse practitioner, I no like it but I accept, next day they cancel my appointment,I rescheduled,and one week before my appointment they cancel again, they are no professional, if a person need a neurologist is because needed , I have to cancel and change for another place, i don't recommend this place, I waste my time
