Dr. Khan is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in cardiovascular disease, interventional cardiology, and endovascular (peripheral) medicine. He's also certified in adult comprehensive echocardiography by the National Board of Echocardiography, and certified by the American Board of Nuclear Cardiology. Prior to his work with Phoenix Heart, Dr. Khan served as the director of the cardiac catheterization lab at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center in Glendale, Arizona.

Dr Khan is very caring and he listened to what I had to say. It may not be always of his opinion but it was important to me that he didn't just brush it off. Yesterday I recommended him to friends of mine who just moved here from Denver. I highly recommend Dr Khan. His nurses and the front office staff do an excellent job.
He is the best cardiologist . Has helped me I'm in great health. Very friendly and genuinely cares about his patients. He doesn't much you in and out. He explains everything and answers all concerns no matter how long it takes. I have sent people I know who have heart problems. He got in and they are so much better now. Thank you Dr Khan for being who you are.
This was my first time to Phoenix Heart and Dr Khan. I loved the self check-in so I didn't have to wait in line. Kent was great in getting me set up for Dr Khan and had a sense of humor that put me at ease. Dr Khan was very pleasant but didn't let anything pass him by. Two previous cardiologists over several years did not take as good a care of one of my medical problems as Dr Khan dod in one visit!!! I also dealt with three ladies that were just as kind and knowledgeable (sorry ladies I forgot your names ). Thank you Dr Khan and Phoenix Heart for giving me such great help
I was happy with Dr. Khan, but not happy with the long wait. My appointment was at 2:30PM, didn't get in until 3:35 PM because of an issue. Hopefully, the next time things will go smoothly.
Even thogh I had to reschedule my appt. due to running behind schedule, I got right in the 2nd time. He was very good at reviewing my chart and explaining the best next treatment/test.
