Stay far far away from this place. Even before she knew my case or knew anything about me, she wanted to surgically implant a loop recorder in me, which I probably should've done because their manual recorder didn't work. Didn't pick up any of my episodes. Her answer was, I don't know what to tell you and then stop talking to me. Don't waste your time there. I have never received such poor treatment by a doctors office. Stay away from this place and stay away from Samantha
This provider is fantastic. I had an episode that caused my PCP to refer me to Dr. Kumar's office. I called to schedule an appointment and the staff worked to get me in next-day. I was seen by Samantha, NP, who is absolutely amazing. We discussed the issue and she ordered a few tests with my permission (I'm self-pay, no insurance) which they also scheduled next day. The staff worked me through three different tests with three different techs and everyone was very friendly and professional. After the tests, Samantha took the time to walk me through the results and made recommendations based upon these results. She took the time needed to answer my questions and I never felt rushed but also never sat in the waiting room more than a few minutes at a time. While I never saw Dr. Kumar, I really didn't see the need to because the level of care that the staff, particularly Samantha, was excellent. Great experience.
I was a patient of Goldfield Cardiovascular Institute for the past three years. Dr. Kumar and Shiny Thomas, NP has been very nice and have taken great care of me during my treatment. While I was hospitalized, Dr. Kumar coordinated my care with the other doctors, and their staff. Their customer service is outstanding and both the doctors and staff communicate clearly and always go the extra mile. I highly recommend Dr. Kumar and Shiny Thomas to anyone seeking top notch healthcare.
In Dr.Kumars office and surgical rooms everything was outstanding. The personnel was the best. On our last appointment Chrystal and Jennifer were so helpful, kudos to you all. Have been going here 3 years now finally figured out what needs to be done. But now they want to start from the beginning again. Thousands of dollars wasted. I would not recommend this place. Might just be the Medicare patients they do this to I don't know but I'm going to start investigating thru Medicare
