After waiting on hold for several minutes, I was connected to someone that sounded like they were half-asleep. I was calling on behalf of a family member that has an ROI on file. The operator told me there was no ROI on file and that they could not help me, but they "helpfully" offered to transfer me over to patient experience. It is incredible how quickly service at this clinic has gone downhill after they were acquired by SEARHC.
