This review is regarding Dr. Keegan Jackson. I reached out multiple times via email and left phone messages with the nurses, as did the mortuary, to clarify important issues concerning my mom Rose. It has now been over three weeks with no response. I am shocked by the lack of common decency and professionalism. A simple, polite decline with reasoning or even directing me to the proper point of contact as I requested would have been sufficed. Clearly, civility is rare. As a tribal citizen, I often find myself questioning the medical teams that serve our communities. It's a known fact that we do not always receive the best care, and it is often mediocre. I cannot speak for all medical professionals, as many show up and genuinely care for our people, but then there are those who are here because they couldn't make it anywhere else. This experience seems to highlight certain troubling behaviors.

I went to Searhc last week Advanced Nurse Abby didn't even know how to use eye pressure gadget? While I was sitting there Watching her read Directions? From her phone? She didn't know what to do? She stuck it in my right eye ball 2x,twice??!!! & then while reading the Directions? She puts a plastic blue cover over end if eye pressure gadget, after sticking my eye 2x already not knowing what she is even doing? I asked her? Am I your 1st Patient? With that Eye Instrument that you're trying to figure out? Advanced Nurse Abby, Yes But it won't hurt. I told her I'm in pain 5 days eyes throbbing, eye is purple,red, headacjes!! After she couldn't figure out the Eye Instrument She said you Can Go To The Emergency room? Wow SEARHC IS HEARTLESS AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Have had good lucky with my primary here, and all the staff I've interacted with for months have been great. Pharmacy is a bit slow because they're busy! I'd recommend!

I'm post partum right now & totally missed my appointment today. They worked me in quickly & everyone was super helpful. Dr. Hashemi is so sweet & efficient.

Began as a horrible experience however once I almost was going to sue them my old provider mysteriously left and went to Bartlett. Was given to Dr. Litter and now every time I go things are handled quickly and efficiently. Once you can get them past trying to shove their dying culture down your throat they are the best medical provider in town. The key is getting past this. Like most of Juneau they feel that their dying native culture is more important than you. So they will force feed you it so that you understand their pain. So they will treat you like they do themselves such as no antibiotics when you have an infection that merits it. Once you can get past this woe is me mentality and basically take them over your knee then they become very helpful. Five stars for Dr Litter and his team.
