I would've loved to give this place 5 stars. My primary doctor spoke highly of this place. The environment was clean, and they have a friendly nurse that knows what she's doing working here. I s very satisfied with her service. However, the front desk Receptionist was very rude, failed to greet, spoke in harsh voice tone when giving instruction for documents/paperwork, and kept her back turned when I attempted to return them to her. I was only here for an EKG, so I only interacted with the nurse today. However, both doctor's walked passed me in the lobby and fail to speak or smile, but overall no big deal. I'm sure they're wonderful ppl had I needed a consultation. Also, I appreciate the Head Doctor taking my documents, and saying thank you as he took them, especially since it was obvious the receptionist was not going to turn around to do that part of her job. Oh, and she never said one word to me as I exited. For these reasons, I rate them two stars.
