I am very disappointed in the improper care that I ever received. I had an open heart surgery at Alaska Regional Hospital and had four sutures from my chest with no ultrasound or MRI. Done soon after that, my chest caved in and now I'm on rounds and rounds and rounds of antibiotics, which could've cost me my life do not use this company. This company does not take care of their patients and I am living proof, and every time that I had called to get the proper medical care I needed they told me that I was being loud and obnoxious with the receptionist, which was an absolute ball face lie the only person that's there is really not even a surgeon. It's a PA name KAMI if there's any other option do not, and I underlined do not utilize this company it is a definite death sentence to me. Thank you very much, God bless PASTOR NATE, Landry

My husband had surgery with Dr. Stephens who was very thorough at explaining the process and did a great job, he's had a very easy recovery considering the type of procedure he had. His staff is also really great and very kind and helpful.

Dr. Stephens told me ,in ICU , that I had an expired heart valve with a Alaska Regional Staff member he brought along with him . I was scared to almost death !

Please don't ever deal with this facility. Their admin is by far the worst person, I have ever met. Customer service is not in her vocabulary. Pure attitude and unwilling to assist with patients.
