Dr. Rosales made me feel at home and comfortable. He took the time to explain and help me understand my cardiac condition, educated me on my treatment options and helping me feel I had some control over my care yet still giving me his professional and kind hearted guidance. I highly recommend him and his team. The view from his Lake Otis Pkwy office is nice too!
The whole team at Borealis Heart Specialists are kind and professional. The new office is spacious and has a gorgeous view. Dr Rosales is a Dysautonomia/POTS expert and really knows his stuff! I have a 5 person medical team and I trust Dr Rosales the most. He is down to earth, really listens to my concerns, and advocates for his patients' best interests. Dr. Rosales is the best cardiologist in Anchorage, hands down. He listens to you carefully, spends the proper time with his patients, and is never dismissive. Always very respectful, open minded, very intelligent, and kind hearted. His specialty in POTS makes him especially outstanding, truly a leader in Alaska! Definitely recommend him if you have EDS, too. I recommend him to everyone.

The big medical group that I used before gave up on me and sent me out of state to look for a help. Well, I called his office, explained the urgency of my matter and got in as soon as possible. I honestly don't know if I have met a nicer doctor in my life. The level of compassion and understanding that Dr. Rosales provides is exactly what every patient deserves but sadly doesn't always get. He is great at explaining and breaking down everything to ensure you have a full understanding.
