If I could give you zero stars, I would. NEGLECT, NEGLECT. My mother was in your care for many, many years. And we just lost her unexpectedly because of the neglect to get her into a heart surgeon, quick enough. I don't know where y'all failed communication, but y'all failed her, and I will never recommend y'all to anyone.
