Dr Lewis is the best doctor that you can have for cardiology she's experience and care about you as her patient don't treat you as another number highly recommend her and staff for taking care of myself and family members this past year

She walked in, saw I was younger and immediately asked why I was there. I've worked hard with my previous providers who have now moved out of state to get my heart rate down in the 70-80s without dropping my blood pressure too low(it stays around 100/70). I told her it's been gradually increasing into the 90s and 100s and before I could continue she told me that's normal and I just need to lose weight and exercise more, 45 minutes every day. I told her I pass out when my HR gets too high for extended periods of time and asked for forms of exercise that hurt less when you pass out. She said just take extra meds when I feel like its going to be a day where my HR gets too high. Then I reminded her another reason for visiting was that my rheumatologist suggested a check up. She said she would order an Echo, to which I reminded her I did one there last week. She took a peek and said everything looks normal and she will see me back in 6 months. I asked for a different doctor at checkout. I've seen MANY doctors over the years and have never met any nearly as rude or abrasive as Dr. L. Anne Lewis. Its the first time I have felt like I needed to defend myself against my doctor. I have anxiety and depression so I am a little sensitive but I am proud that I held in my tears until I was in the car.

After transferring to a new city, we were told by new doctors that there abnormal results on his test 6 months ago. Lewis office, that we had to calll back because they never cal and results back, said everything was fine. I doubt she ever looked at them. She is absolutely the worst cardiologists we have ever been to. He had an 80 and 90 percent blockage and had surgery Thursday morning. It was on her test. Lucky for her my husband didnt have a heart attack. DONT USE HER . WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HER.

Took wonderfully great care of my husband for several years and was always patient, knowledgeable, and understanding

Sent me for a bunch of tests which my insurance doesn't pay for then referred me to a different heart doctor for a procedure I didn't need. Glad I went to the other heart doctor because he diagnosed my problem right away from the test results and I didn't need the procedure, just medication.
