Dr. Arti Pandey, MD

I was literally blown away by the level of care that I received from this cardiologist! Dr Pandey was simply amazing! He listened to me and took my concerns and he took the time to explain every single thing to me. It has been a hot minute since someone has actually done that to me for me I noticed that someone put a three-star rating on him and I'm sure they were upset because they had to wait for 45 minutes but people let's face it this man is saving heart patient's lives every single day! At first I was a little discouraged when it took him awhile to come see me but I understand why sometimes he may be late. It's because he genuinely cares for his patients and he takes the time to hear you out and follow through. He devotes a good amount of time to listening and also speaking to you. I will forever be a patient of his as long as he practices! I cannot say enough good things about him and I have literally been telling everyone about my experience :-) he is a very good man and I am grateful that God sent me to him!

Dr. Pandey has taking care of my family for many years now. My 90 year mother has a heart of a 20 year old due to him! He has such away with his patients, makes you feel at ease and does his research to make sure he provides us the best care we can get. Beside him being a great doctor, I'm proud to call him my FRIEND. Happy mom is moving back to Orange Beach, but sad we can't bring him with us. MANY THANKS for all you have done for us. Dr. Pandey is a wonderful doctor. Not only is she excellent in her practice, she is the most compassionate person I have ever met. There are not enough words in our language to describe the incredible work of this woman.

My dad had a cardiology appointment scheduled here through the VA. He arrived to his appointment on time (early actually) and had to wait in the lobby for 45 minutes from the time of his appointment before someone called him in. The lobby was all but empty but even so - people who came in after my dad were seen before him. The level of disrespect for people's time is laughable. My dad is 70 years old and has much better things he could be doing with his time on earth than sitting in your lobby. The receptionist was unhelpful when we pointed out how long we had been waiting. I get waiting 15-20 minutes for an appointment- but 45 minutes -- seriously? Stop treating people as if their time is not as valuable as yours.
