I have been using this office for about 4 years now, they are the best!! The staff from receptionist, nurses and Doctors really care about your health and do not rush to get to their next patient. Another thing I really like is if I have a question they will take the time to answer it which goes back to they don't rush your visit! Great place great people!!!
The nurse was curt and at times rude. The doctor gave little information even when asked. The PA walked in and stood leaning against the wall. I finally asked who he was. I seemed to be imposing on their otherwise glorious lives
I'm having chest pain and lots of heart palpitations they won't answer the phone I have been calling for hours I'm so pissed!!! Thank god my doctor sent me to another heart doctor In Birmingham. It's like these doctors take out health as a joke just because It's not them or a loved one. I'm fed up!!! Doctors aren't what they use to be. You think I want to be calling? And up for 2 days In a row crying with chest pain NO! The worst bunch of doctors you could ever go too. Don't waste your time. Hope you call someone for your loved one and nobody picks up and don't you DARE get mad just remember when yall kept Ignoring people. I went to the emergency room. They told me I needed to call my cardiologist and here I am they won't answer so I'm calling the emergency room back and reporting this place.
Everyone is patient and kind yet professional. They listen and respond to the patient, making us feel like they are hearing and treating a person rather than a number.
Always pleasant, helpful & she even diagnosed my thyrodism that my GP had missed. I love dr. Lewis & her staff they always take the best care of my heart
