Dr. Fazal Rahim, MD has seen me twice. First for a consultation about night sweats weakness. He found that the Medication I was taking for seizures was the wrong dosage and was taking in every morning but was supposed to to take it before bed. He now has found that I'm in early onset of Alzheimer's disease Dr. Fazal is a God Send to me and my wife.
