Cindy, the Nurse, was the 1st person that I had sn encounter with. I have a complicated health history due to many Autoimmune disorders. Cindy totally understood and took a lot of time documenting. Nurse Practitioner Jackie was assessing me on my 1st visit. I have not had such compassion , understanding, and interest in my journey to Cardiology Group and Dr. Dean. I was not sure if Cardiology is even my problem but they are turning over every stone. Started 1 new medication after testing and talking to Jackie. My 1st appointment with Dr. Dean today, left me having hope for the 1st time in a couple of years. I didn't feel dismissed or like I was wasting his time. I feel that Dr. Dean and Staff really care about getting me answers and direction and will continue to to help me build a Medical Teams. The check-in and out, making my additional appointments and testing snd prior authorization's. I was given a chance to ask questions and did not feel rushed. Thank you
