I've been with Pinnacle several years now. All the nurses are very polite and helpful. My waiting times are never more than just 10 minutes. Dr. Rhodes and his staff are excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.

Everything was great checked in with no trouble waited no more than 10 minutes. Saw the doctor. He was great. Gave me some information on a prescription. Went to pick it up. Said I had to fill out some stuff online. I told him I wasn't gonna go through the insurance I just wanted to pay for it. They said I had to go online for the coupon. Went back to the doctors office And then waited 45 minutes for the lady to come out and tell me there was nothing she could do to help me good day. So what started as a pleasant trip to the doctors office Ended with frustration and I'm sure somehow it's my fault Or at least that's how they made me feel

I received the best care. From starting my IV and having my echo and Nuclear stress test, I received the best care. Karen was wonderful and explained everything to my understanding. If I need these test again, I would definitely return. Everyone was great!

Went for a chemical stress test, the staff were very considerate of my age and difficulties. They were careful to explain each part of the procedure and made I was comfortable during the stages of the test. Excellent staff, very professional and knowledgeable. As a retired RN, I can speak with some experience about their care, not just of me but others who were being treated at the same time. Highly recommend this practice and the staff.

It is always a pleasure to see Dr Reames. He is dedicated, warm, genuine...to the point...empathetic ....and he cares!!!! the latter being of most importance... It is impossible to treat this ever-fast-growing community when you allow doctors like him to leave....As a patient, I am devastated and very concerned that EAMC allowed him to leave which brings to question how much they care about their patients. Good luck trying to replace him. I will say that Dr Reams staff is very good and most always are on top their game and emulate the culture that he built...
