Dr. Heard is great! She is very knowledgeable, and has the ability to make her patients feel comfortable about procedures. She listens to her patients! I likely will make visits to Texas once a year to continue to use her!
Dr. Heard is by far one of the most qualified drs in Auburn. She was able to tackle a heart rate issue that I had been battling for years. I had seen other drs. re this issue over five years and none of them even tried to help. I am very blessed to have her as a part of my care team. She is an advocate for her patients with insurance approvals. I can't say enough about Dr. Heard's compassion, kindness and professionalism.
