Doctor Boyella is a very kind and professional cardiologist that I would happily follow to another office if he ever left Jackson. I don't hold him responsible for the poorly managed circus he works in ran by Jackson Hospital. You cant even get them to answer the phone most times. I have no question why Jackson is struggling.
Everyone is so nice. I wish the people signing me in and out, taking vital signs and doing EKGs would wear name tags with name and position...tech, LPN, RN etc. or at the very least introduce themselves. "I'm Ann, cardiology tech and I'll be taking your vital signs." Be proud of who you are and the excellent care you take of patients.
CRNP Blake Hubert is the most unprofessional person I have ever come into contact with! After he told us there was nothing wrong with my daughters heart I was trying to ask questions on where we go next due to chest pains tachycardia episodes shown on her 30 day monitor and severe swelling of the feet and legs he stated that she was too young at 18 to be diagnosed with an auto immune disorder but the problems were more than likely due to what she wears her salt intake and her water intake! When I asked if her actual dr was coming in to talk to us he got very outraged! He raised his voice and stated very aggressively that he had just said I could ask the dr when he came in! I then advised I would like to speak to that dr he then got up and started stating well I hope yall have a great day thank you and come back soon in a very sarcastic tone and then slammed the room door so hard that the door was stuck shut when we went to leave. I would never recommend anyone to go and see this person!
I would suggest to anyone who needs a cardiologist, go somewhere else. This place is like a circus. They passed me around like a party favorite. I went back there because I thought Dr Brazil was still there, but he isn't.
I've left messages at this place for the last three weeks trying to inquire about the results of my cardiology test. Three weeks and ZERO response to date. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not go to this place. Update: 4/27. More than a month has now passed and my PCM finally had to request the results. There were abnormal findings in the exam that this clinic has yet to reach out to me to discuss. STAY AWAY!
