Stoudemire Beverly A Dr

This was my first visit to Dr Beverly Stoudemire Howlett office, It was a awful experience they got my medical history mixed up with another patient, then the nurses claimed they had corrected it, But when the nurse practitioner came in she still had the wrong information and stated that she had did all her charting on the wrong person, this was just unacceptable and unprofessional,you would think because this was my first visit here Dr Howlett her self would have come in,I didn't even see her at all. I do not recommend this Dr office at all not because of the Doctor, but because of her in component staff they are going to cause her to lose a lot of patients. I walked out and never will return.

How is she a heart doctor and she doesn't have a heart? My appointment has been canceled four times and that is simply pathetic and unprofessional. It lets me know that she is not concerned about my health or my time. The office calls to reschedule my appointment than a week before the appointment they send me a text to let me know that my appointment has been canceled. This is the fourth time this has happened and this will be the last time I let them play with me or my health.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Worst practice ever. Two and half hour wait for a five minute talk with the doctor over what could have been communicated over the phone.

Dr Stoudmire is the best care about her patients as if we are family I love her and trust everything she tells me
