USA Health Cardiovascular Surgery, previously known as Cardiovascular Associates, P.C., joined USA Health in 2024. We performed Mobile's first open-heart procedure in 1969, and our board-certified cardiovascular surgeons continue to perform procedures for patients with heart, lung, esophageal and vascular conditions from our conveniently located office in Midtown. "We are excited to expand our cardiovascular surgery services as we continue to meet the healthcare needs of people in the Gulf Coast region," said Owen Bailey, MSHA, FACHE, chief executive officer for USA Health and senior associate vice president for medical affairs. "We have known and worked alongside these excellent surgeons for years, and we welcome them to USA Health."

I only called for information , I was not greeted with a name of who I was speaking to and wasn't even able to get a full question asked before being interrupted with a response. The person answering the phones is likely stressed and office understaffed in a scenario like this. Get that woman some help.
This is the 2nd time we've had to wait an hour and a half in the lobby before we've even been called back. It's inconsiderate and rude. Especially when the receptionist can't say exactly when we will called back.
The staff is awesome! I get treated like family, every time I need an appointment.
My visit and I was in and out. The staff was very nice.
