So far I'm definitely impressed with this place. I literally called yesterday looking to establish care and treatment for my adhd because my previous doctor stopped accepting insurance. So they had an opening for the very next day and I'm excited to meet my new doctor and hopefully she can get me on the right dose of medication to help me be a better wife, mom and even employee!

Midtown Medical (Dr. Nair) was wonderful. My daughter and I were treated with dignity and respect. Dr. Nair and her staff were very pleasant and informative. She was thorough and explained the results of each test conducted in real time, which eliminated the anxiety of having to wait. We were truly pleased with our initial visit!

Midtown Medical's team is Great! Destiny helped me with an appointment and then NP Alana Edgar's L, CRNP came in and listened and helped prescribe medicine to heal my eye infection. I appreciate Dr. Nair and her team very much.

My experience at Midtown Medical is always great. The staff is friendly, Alana Edgar CRNP is very professional and friendly. She always explain my lab results to me in full detail and she makes sure that all my medical concerns are met. I would highly recommend her to family and friends.

I'm really glad I found Dr. Alana! When my previous doctor's office closed, she took me in without hesitation and made me feel like a priority. Dr. Alana was open-minded and genuinely listened to what I was saying instead of just handing me a standard plan. She checked in with me to see how my medications were working and made it easy to be honest if something wasn't going well. I never felt pressured to stick with a treatment just because we started it... she genuinely listened and trusted my input, and she was also open to exploring other options if something wasn't the right fit for me. For example, when I asked about Buspirone as a possible option, she took the time to review it and, after considering my situation, was able to prescribe it through the messaging portal, which I really appreciated. She's also been flexible in working with me to find the right dosages, always making it feel like a collaboration rather than some top-down decision. In the clinic, she also walked me through several different classes (antihistamines, beta blockers, SSRIs, NDRIs), explaining the pros and cons of each. She also shared her own professional opinion on what she thought might work best, but ultimately let me decide based on what I'd be comfortable with. It felt more like we were working together to find the right fit than me just being told what to do. She's very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, which makes a huge difference. If you're looking for anxiety treatment, Midtown Medical is definitely your place! They also do all kinds of other stuff you wouldn't normally expect from a provider's office... everything from ADHD management to IV hydration to med spa treatments like Botox and PRP. I just personally thought it was really cool to see a clinic that's so open-minded and diversified in what they offer.
