The doctor - Dr. Howell - was not very nice. I have never been made to feel like this at a doctors office. He made me feel like I didn't care about my own health. He was confrontational when I tried to recall information to answer his questions. He didn't even really give me a chance to answer questions. He asked if I'd like to see a psychiatrist instead of talking with me about my health. He didn't listen or care what I had to say. I left in tears. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a doctors office. The front desk staff and nurse were very kind and friendly.

Dr. Joiner is always so pleasant and helpful. She cares deeply about her patients and never rushes you out of the room if you have a concern. Top notch!

I'm a new patient. I saw Dr May and I really liked him he was thorough with me and gave me the medicine that I need. All the workers in the front were very helpful and made me feel right at home I will be saying at this office thank you so much for all your kindness and help Benny turbeville

I had the privilege of seeing Dr. Joiner after experiencing a fever for four days following my tummy tuck surgery. When I saw Dr. Joiner, my fever had reached 102.4degF, and she immediately knew something was wrong. Her nurses, Jill and Kailee, were incredibly kind and attentive -- you could tell they were genuinely concerned about my well-being. It was all hands on deck! I showed Dr. Joiner the signs of a possible infection, and she immediately sprang into action. She quickly arranged for me to be admitted to the hospital, where I was surrounded by an amazing medical team. Unfortunately, my situation required another surgery, but I felt so cared for throughout the entire process. Dr. Joiner, her nurses, and the entire team at Family Medical West checked on me every single day. The level of care, compassion, and support I received was beyond anything I could have hoped for. I'm forever grateful to Dr. Joiner and her incredible staff for the love and care they showed me. I'm so happy to be part of such a wonderful, caring medical family. Thank you, Dr. Joiner and team!

I have used Dr May for years and I love his new nurse Nicole ... very thorough and was prompt to respond and follow up on my need for a refill on medicine.
