Office environment is friendly and welcoming. Dr. Chatterjee provided excellent information that I had not been provided by previous physicians, making me feel comfortable. I truly enjoyed the comfort and concern with the male nurse. All in all, I was pleased with the entire experience and can't wait for my follow-up in six months.
Dr. Chattered is pleasant, attentive and intelligent. I felt like he had me sized up with one look as I sat in the waiting room, even before my exam. He explained my issues and status patiently and clearly.
Dr. Chatterjee is a wonderful doctor! His entire staff is amazing. I highly recommend him. I had been seeing another cardiologist since 2014 for my issue and nothing more than a holter monitor, echocardiogram, and medication was done. I have low blood pressure and tachycardia. On my first visit with Dr. Chatterjee, he had me lined up with a change in medication and actual testing to either diagnose or rule out a condition. With my old cardiologist they didn't seem concerned that I was blacking out with my blood pressure dropping to 83/53. They just told me to come back in a year and stay on the beta blocker for tachycardia. Dr. Chatterjee immediately changed my meds and is sending me for a test. He is thorough and really cares. He and Melissa have also taken great care of my husband.
I felt like Dr. Chatterjee dismissed me simply because I'm young. He prescribed me a heart monitor that doesn't work for the issues I'm having, and he would've known that had he listened to me telling about what I'm experiencing. I tried to call the office to ask about it, but no answer during normal business hours, left a message, and 1 week later still no call back. I will be out over $250 to get absolutely no help and zero answers for the issues I'm having. Avoid this office and Dr. Chatterjee if you care about your health.
Office staff and nurses are professional and knowledgeable in addition to caring Dr is amazing, both caring and knowledgeable in my personal health problems before asking questions. He makes you feel that you are not just a number on a chart. They work with you to get you in for an appointment when needed. I cannot say enough about this office. I feel I am very fortunate to have him and his staff caring for me
