Huntsville Hospital Heart Center

Today was the first day I have ever had a problem at the heart center. The receptionist who checked me in was so rude and ugly to me that I almost left! I shouldn't have to worry about coming to the center and having a heart attack because I couldn't find my insurance cards. I told her I was just here yesterday and it always just comes up on the screen. It's new and I've never showed them the card before. I love the nurses and doctors I've met and encountered so far, but the receptionist do not have to be so rude. My own parents do not raise their voice at me. Not only did it make me angry, it was embarrassing for everyone to hear her! Made me want to just leave but I can't because I have to have these tests done. I never leave a bad review and I feel bad for doing so, but she needs to take some courses working with the public or something! At least learn to not upset the patients like I said, I love the employees here but there's a way to speak to people

The entire staff was so helpful and professional from beginning to end. The check in was so easy and I did not have to wait long to be seen in an uncrowded waiting room. Dr. Valtos was very caring and kind in our discussion of the events that led me to visit the office. By far, one of the best "doctor visit" experiences I have had.

Dr Gunn and his staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. NO unnecessary waiting! Doctor had my records at hand and knew why I was there, and quickly addressed my situation - yet did not seem rushed. Excellent medical interaction!

Very efficient office. I arrived a few minutes early and was able to go straight back. The practitioner I saw listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. She even followed up with me by phone regarding a medication change after the visit. I am very happy with the care I received from this office.
