AND NOTE THIS, I WILL NOT BE PAYING THE BILL, I DON'T CARE IF YOU SEND TO COLLECTIONS. NOT PAYING!!! Date of NON Service was 5/16/2025 My 9-year-old was having chest pains. After an ER visit, we were told to follow up with a cardiologist. We ended up here -- and I left feeling angry, shaken, and honestly, disgusted. The doctor didn't introduce himself. Didn't say hello. Didn't even look at my son. As we walked in, he barked, "Whoa, get up on this table and lay down," like my child was an inconvenience. Then came "Take your shirt off," as he slapped monitor stickers on his chest -- still without saying a single kind or even explanatory word. He ripped the stickers off harshly, and only then did he say, "What brings you in?" I explained the chest pain. No concern. No empathy. Just cold detachment. He did a sonogram in silence, flipped the lights on, tossed a napkin at my son to clean off the gel, and said -- I kid you not -- "He's fine, nothing wrong. Any questions for me?" That was it. That was the entire "exam." My 9-year-old -- a child -- walked out and said, "Is that doctor okay?" Let that sink in. This man has no business working in pediatric care -- or frankly, in medicine at all, if this is how he treats scared families seeking answers. It felt more like we walked into a factory than a healthcare provider. Cold. Dismissive. Rushed. Dehumanizing. You get one shot to show a child that doctors are safe, that healthcare is built on compassion and trust. He shattered that in under 10 minutes. Run far, far away from this place.

If I can give him zero stars I would too. My son had the same exact experience as the comment below. Absolutely the rudest MD I have ever met. He asked us why we were there & I told him. His exact response was "So that doesn't mean there is anything wrong with him." Then he angrily proceeded to evaluate my son for approximately 5-7 minutes & determined he was fine. He left the dobbler on for about 20 seconds. My pretty chill kid couldn't believe how rude he was. Then charged my insurance almost $4000 for 15 minute visit! Most of it to be written off ofcourse but leaving me to pay $600 out of pocket for a less than 10 minutes consultation. I would never put my child in the care of this man again.

We took our toddler to see Dr Israel and it was a good visit. As far as the commentary below, most people don't complain about a doctor's appt being to short(they're almost never in and out) and I know from having a heart condition myself, an EKG only takes a few minutes so yes he can read the results quickly. Dr Israel was short And too the point with us also but not rude. U have to consider the fact that most ppl will not understand heart function and all that anyways so when a Dr is being short it's usually bc they're trying to speak in lamens terms and just confirm if there's any reason to worry or not. He was not rude at all to us n we thought it was nice having a quick and to the point appt unlike our others!

I would give 0 stars if I could. He was so rude. He just barked orders at my son who has never seen a cardiologist before. He walked in and said "lay down shirt off." He dismissed all my conerns and told me he was just having growing pain and to give him pain meds. He barely looked at the EKG and heart scan. He dismissed us before even seeing the results. We were in and out of the office within 5 minutes. How can you give a thorough exam in 5 minutes? I didnt' even bother explaining anything to me or my son. I would never trust this doctor with my son's health, and neither should anyone else. They should be ashamed that they are treating CHILDREN like this. The minute there is another option for pediatric cardiology in this city they will be finished.

We have been going here for over 10 years and have always received the best care. The precision and expediency of care is by far superior. I appreciate the level of expertise provided, as well as, the doctor readily seeking a second opinion when answers are not apparent for our unique and rare situation.
