This fellow also never knew why I was in office over the course of 8 months. Each time he saw me he couldn't be bothered to review my chart. He started me on the latest and greatest dose of medications, and my quality of life rapidly deteriorated. His answer was to keep up'ing the dosage until I could barely remain conscious throughout the day. If you want a doctor that actually cares and listens, it's not Dr. Jain.
He never addressed my actual symptoms and they remain a problem. He ordered a couple of tests to "rule out" other problems. Then, he never followed up on my actual symptoms. Fun fact: when I told him I wanted an echocardiogram because I had not had one in 10 years, he asked if I "just wanted to see how my valves were doing". My old echo showed reflux in three valves. The standard is an echo every three years. He doesn't know the standard?
Dr. Jain seemed excellent all around. He also did a great job explaining things.
