The process of having to wait to be seen is HORRIBLE!!! Seating in waiting area almost 1 hr to be seen is ridiculous especially when they expect the patient to be on time. They need to stop over booking & respect the PATIENTS TIME!!!

Dr. Katta has been my doctor for 23 years. He is a very compassionate, highly educated and experienced Cardiologist. He has saved my life a lot, in my opinion he is the best Cardiologist, I wouldn't see anyone else. He has a large waiting room and sign-in desk. His staff are friendly and helpful. He has the capability to run most all test at his office. The office temperature is lower than regular doctor offices, due to the health of his heart patience needs. Also if you let the staff know you are cold they'll get you a warm blanket. I would and do recommend Dr. Katta to anyone who needs his services.

I went with my wife as she had an appointment. I was allowed to go back with her. I thought the entire staff was very helpful and courteous. They answered all questions from my wife and I. I thought Dr. Katta was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. My wife was a nurse at Crestwood Oncology for over 20 years. She said Dr. Katta was one of the most professional and best physicians she ever dealt with.

I wouldn't take my pet to this practice. Some members of his staff are extremely rude. Additionally, he doesn't review records and contact patient with treatment plans. I have had a resting heart rate over 100 beats per minute for 5 weeks, and he hasn't resolved the issue. He relies on his staff too much in that he allows them to review records and change medications, all apparently without his review. He was to have called me last night, he never did. In my opinion, as the son of a physician, he lacks professionalism. I would seek another caregiver if I were you.

Had a 2pm appointment, after waiting for an hour and a half was seen by a nurse who only took my vitals. I was then put in another separate waiting room with other people. After another 20 min wait, I was told it would be another 2 HR minimal of a wait because I have 5 people ahead of me. I was not told by the staff at time of registration I will be waiting for 5 hrs. I saw the Doctor in the hall talking to his 3 staff members following him around. As I was talking to his nurse about this, he was not concerned. He is not the only doctor in Huntsville. Will not go back.
