Dr Kelley Smith is great. Does what's necessary and don't add superfluous testing just because he can. Check-in process is a pain. Why have I spent "time" on-line before the appointment verifying that all information, including ID's and insurance card photos, are correct only to have to do it again while dropping things all over the floor in the lobby while digging through my purse?!? Am I the idiot? But, his medical staff is exemplary. There is currently an intern, doing EKG's, that is awaiting admission to med school that is really easy to work with but needs to learn to smile (I'm smiling saying that. He's a good guy seems.). Hanna, his nurse practitioner, is beyond competent, personable and pleasant. She listens and explains in layman's terms without talking down to you. At 73 I've had way too many experiences being dismissed by medical professionals. I never return the second time. This office, staff and physician are keepers.

I was there a few months ago. My appointment was at 2:30. I did not get seen until 4 o'clock almost Dr. Quentin I believe had had an emergency. You would think that the staff there would at least tell everybody that he was running late instead of letting everybody sit there and give us the option to Reschedule. The office staff has no manners whatsoever. They don't even greet you. They don't acknowledge you unless you go up to their desk and they Look at you like you are a burden. You sit there and you wait for 2 or 3 Hours at your visit with the doctor is maybe about 10 minutes because he's in such a rush to finish with the other patients. I understand that emergencies happen and doctors have to be called out that goes without saying but at least have a common courtesy to let the patient's waiting in the waiting room know. Ot the patient's who might to be on the way give them a call let them know Dr so and so is running behind would you like to reschedule . But no the office staff never looks happy.

My husband and I have been treated by Dr William Schneider for several years. He always listens and pays attention to our symptoms and gives us Excellent care! The Staff are Great! From Front Office to Nurses, and those who do various Testing. We have recommended him and Staff often, for the care of any Cardiology need.

I give 3 stars because wait time is great. However ive only seen the dr I was assigned 2 once. They schedule me on days when hes not there because when I ask to speak to him they say unfortunately you get scheduled on days hes not here. We'll that wont work for me and should t for anyone. I have an thoracic aortic aneurysm and an esophageal hernia that my dr said needs repaired but I can't ever speak to my cardiologist to ask if its safe to perform or anything because they always schedule me when hes off. No I dont want to always speak to the nurse about my issues. So I stopped seeing this place and am now going to Grandview in Birmingham.

Every visit has been a pleasure. The staff is warm and friendly, the doctors very knowledgeable. Dr. Foster and PA Tracey are outstanding.
