Surgical Dermatology Group - Gadsden

The only complaint I have is how long the delay was to have our first appointment. But that's the way it is when there are so few providers in the area. As for the appointment itself, it was scheduled for 1:40 pm and we were called back at exactly 1:40. The provider we saw was a NP (Maddox). He was very thorough and gave us every opportunity to ask questions. His assistant typed out clear instructions -- exactly as they were given by the provider. He spent 15-20 mins with us, we were back in the car a few minutes after 2 and our RX was ready at the pharmacy before we got home. I truly appreciated the fact that they respected our time but didn't short change us on the service. In short, I recommend this provider without reservation.

They are amazing! I have NEVER waited over 5 minutes from arriving to being called back! Bradley is very knowledgeable and really puts you at ease! The office is very clean and checkout is very efficient. Definitely recommend this practice!

Second visit even better than the first no waiting arrive just prior to my appointment. Did not have to wait. Five minutes so provider discussed options left with a plan and very satisfied definitely five stars.

This was by far the most excellent group of women in an office I've encountered in years. Everyone was was helpful, happy and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The 1 st lady went through the pad I had to fill out explaining it thoroughly. I thank you for that. Just a pleasant experience all around.This was written for patient Jerry New
