My 92 yo mom is in a nursing home in Albertville. She had to be gotten up, put in the van and driven 30+ miles for them to TURN HER AROUND AND MADE TO LEAVE because I wasn't "there on time". Actually I was there two minutes BEFORE her appointment time but since her driver brought her in a few minutes early and was told since I wasn't there to fill out her paperwork (I had it filled out and with me) that she had to leave. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE! The driver was already 1/2 way back to Albertville by the time I called him. I spoke with the office manager but of course was a waste of time. This office staff HAS NO CLUE! I will never use them again and neither will my mom. The physicians are phenomenal but the staff are making them lose patients.

Dr Narayan is wonderful. Saved my life by diagnosing me with aortic valve stenosis, when other cardiologists didn't seem to care, even though they had the tools just like Dr Narayan. I am more than pleased and will follow his recommendations for whatever procedures, medicine he seems is necessary. I'm so glad I got another opinion.

This place should be shut down because all these people here don't do there job like they soppose to .they talk to you like your nothing. All these people suck at there job and should be relieved of there duties including Dr. Patel.

Dr. Patel is incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions. Brooke and Jill knew that I am very nervous about any medical procedure. They did a wonderful job of setting me ease. Personable and professional. Highly recommended!

I came in with my mom who was a first time patient. We had an appointment for 9am. When we came in we noticed they looked extra busy so we signed in and waited. We were called up about 920 for our paperwork and the lady at the window was extremely nice even though I noticed the phones ringing off the hook. And whoever was sitting behind her didn't care to even look and try to help answer them. Our wait time was about 30 mins before we were called back but from there everything was wonderful! She has to go back in a few weeks for testing! The doctor was amazing he listens to my mom and really tired to understand her concerns!
