Be careful having heart surgery may not have the machine to save your life when needed because it doesn't happen very often or when your allergic to the anesthesia I would give you 0 stars if I could you sorry excuse of a surgeon

Very poor experience . I desperately need spinal fusion that requires a vascular surgeon. My surgery with Dr Smith has been rescheduled now 3 times because Dr Woods keeps rescheduling. Now the 4 th date and his office still says they cannot confirm but may be able to assist. I've never seen such unprofessional behavior from any office.

Dr. Wood is a fantastic compassionate doctor, who speaks clear and concise putting a plan of action in for care, making sure he covers all bases, I was hesitant using any thoracic surgeon in Gadsden, until I met Dr. Wood.
